• first replacements of CocoaDialog's ProgressBars
 - up to now using DIALOG1 without Cancel
 - if user pressed APPLE+. to kill current task ProgressDialog keeps open > solution: each '> ...' + RETURN disposes all NIBs with title 'Rdaemon'
