• Modify the way Executor handles default formatting of script output.  The client block no longer must handle both stderr / stdout.  Either of these can be ignored, and Executor will apply default html.  The client block must return nil for ignored output types.  Also, documented this feature.
• Documented the :script_args optional argument.
