[SVN] Patch for blogging bundle to support other timezones than UTC in WordPress

Looks like you used git to create the diff, which complains about line- 
ending whitespace by default. The extraneous diffs are due to this.  
Attached is a clean diff, created via `svn diff > wp_gmt.diff`
