[SVN] r9431 (Objective-C)

• add Objective-C 2.0 property and synthesize snippets.
• remove delegate accessor snippet, as it should probably be a delegate (although for people writing Tiger-compatible code, that might not fly, so maybe this is a little hasty — let me know if you need it brought back).
