Changes to asdoc commands (as they don't really belong to asdoc's - they're more comment conventions).

Renaming asdoc-banner to 'Insert Comment Banner' and changing it's activation to key equivalent - inline with the source bundle.

Renaming asdoc-header to 'Insert Comment Header' and changing it's tab trigger to head - inline with the source bundle.
