UI.complete will now test for the presence of Dialog 2, and if it is not available will show a simple menu instead. Other behaviour (inserting the title of the selected item, snippet insertion based on the result of the block) is preserved/emulated.

Once the review ui.rb is moved to trunk, this should allow bundle developers to start using UI.complete straight away – this way people with Dialog 2 available will see the benefits for standard bundles, and users without it will see no difference.
