[SVN] r8185 (reStructuredText)

Because of long inactivity and non-responsiveness of the maintainer, I have now taken over the bundle (with permission of Alan)

- Syntax: bugfix for footnotes/references containing non-word characters (anything but ] is now matched)
- Section Snippets: bugfix for section titles containing non-word characters (anything is now matched)
- info.plist: to reflect maintainer change.
