Added check for commented parts in the lines matched. Previously, commented out \include lines, and other commands, were matched and the command attempted to locate the resulting files, which in all likelihood don't exist. Changed: U trunk/Bundles/Latex.tmbundle/Commands/Show Outline.tmCommand
