I'm kind of thinking we will eventually need a dedicated key for  
converting/pretty print/etc, but for now aye, ⌃⇧H is the best.

I went with "Reformat Document / Selection" for the Javascript  
command. Fits in nicely with the "Reformat Paragraph/Selection" built  
into TM. (And you get the nifty command name changing based on if  
something is selected or not :)
