Changed the option parser to return an empty (mutable) dictionary when given the empty string for a plist parameter – propertyListFromData was erroring (“Cannot parse a NULL or zero-length data”) which halts processing Changed: U branches/WIP/Tools/Dialog2/OptionParser.mm
