• use AppleScript to send the document/folder to Transmit, to avoid bringing Transmit to the front (patch from Justin Larue)
• run the “Send Document / Folder (DockSend)” asynchronously, so it feels instant — send potential output to /dev/console
• add help command with basic DockSend setup info
• rename bundle items to improve menu appearance
• let commands save current file / all files in project and at the same time remove the check for being called on untitled (unsaved) documents
