• quick semi-functional UI for adjusting all the environment variables recently introduced — presently adjusting settings in the UI does not affect the actual command (and I need to add a color ⇔ string value transformer to the dialog plug-in so that we can use color pickers as well)

The UI should be changed slightly to also allow adjusting the TM_TODO_IGNORE pattern.
