• when our target is a tool, which we run in Terminal, do not call the potential block — first, a check was missing to see if we actually got one (which we don’t when Run is used as a separate action), and second, just calling it with :start seems incomplete (the block is supposed to receive command output, but there is none, as we run in Terminal)
