Bug Fix:  TEXINPUTS was not getting set properly.  Move from Typeset & View shell into the python code.  This seems to fix the problem with xelatex and the url package.  Also dynamically update the Button label so it reflects the engine that is configured to run.  This may be confusing as it won't update if you change the engine from the configuration window.... we'll see
