[SVN] RCS Textmate Bundle?

I have been working on a bundle to work with RCS.  I have not found
one already made, though perhaps I have missed it.

It includes checking in/out and diffing in most reasonable ways with
the rcs interface...as well as a few other /hacks/ that work ok for
me.

If you have a chance please review and tell me your thoughts.  Or if
you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
