• if pasting doesn’t complete after 4 seconds or there was an error pasting (determined by the exit status of curl), a requester appears which allows you to paste via RAFB.net instead

It might be useful to “touch /tmp/rafb” when the user selects this option, and default to RAFB as long as the file in /tmp is less than e.g. 4 hours old.

If the user selects RAFB, the paste will be public, despite the user’s initial choice.
