The LaTeX.find_file method, and consequently the Label and Citation commands, now first looks for the filenames as they are presented in the \input command, before trying to add a tex extension. For instance, \input{foo.pdftex_t} would try to include the file foo.pdftex_t, instead of trying to find a file with extension .tex. (Haven't really tested it with multiple extensions).

The LaTeX.find_file method could probably use some rewriting, it is a bit kludgy at the moment.
