Added Styled Preview of MultiMarkdown Documents. The Preview is only meant for simple Documents. Using this with “Format: complete” might cause some bad effects as the generated XHTML document is wrapped inside another XHTML document. For such complex things, consider using the “Generate Output and Open in Browser” (⌃⌘P) Command.
