* Fixed the character constant definition that I broke a couple of commits back.

* Added a meta.list.ocaml scope similar to strings and comments.

* Added a meta.array.ocaml scope similar to lists, strings and comments.

* Started adding support for a camlp4 grammar that will be scoped as
  source.camlp4.embedded.ocaml, this is still very basic and currently
  limited to camlp4 streams.

* Began work on the camlp4 grammar (currently just streams -- the rest will be added soon)
