• [FIXED] With Subversion 1.4, there doesn't seem to be an encoding XML attribute in the XML-based log, so be a little more lenient.
• Make sure that we report errors that prevented the log operation from succeeding. Ignore the setting of IGNORE_BAD_LINES iff stdin is EOF before we get to REXML.
