• Added new punctuation scopes to various rules.
• Limit \subsection to 0-2 subs in meta.section.latex
• Add \subparagraph to meta.section.latex
• Change meta.section to meta.function.section
• Made meta.function.section into an extended regex for easier reading.
• Change variable.parameter.cite to entity.name.type.entry-key
• Rewrote constant.character for better speed.
• Expand meta.cite into an extended rule and change slightly to better support punctuation scope.
• Change meta.verbatim, meta.begin-document, meta.end-document, meta.environment.list, meta.paragraph.margin, meta.footnote, meta.emph, meta.textit, meta.textbf, meta.texttt, meta.verb to meta.function.*
• Change source.python.embedded to meta.function.embedded.python, interior set to source.python.embedded
• Change string.quoted.other.environment.math to meta.function.environment.math to be consistant, contentName added and set to string.other.math.block.environment
• Add storage.type.function from Tex grammar.
