• put Cocoa and PHP snippets in separate submenus (and remove language/framework name from label)
• change use of `echo $VARIABLE` to just $VARIABLE
• remove comment for `date …` and do not use GMT as TZ
• use full username as fallback for $TM_AUTHOR
• reduce \\ to just \ when allowed
• change © to ©
