[SVN] r5748 (Mercurial)

WARNING: Changed menu order to better match svn shortcuts.
Fix the TM header. Now use general web_preview.rb, css and themes.
Added 'Add', 'Remove', 'Revert' and 'Diff' to status window (still no 'Commit').
Added 'Diff with Previous' in log -v window.
Added 'View Revisions', 'Incoming' and 'Outgoing' commands.
Various cleaning and css.
