Fixed a lot of definitions of allowed names.  Many (e.g. function names) did not
allow for single quotes to be part of the identifier, which they should.  
Essentially, all were fixed except for meta.type-constraint which had a single/double
quote conflict that I was just to lazy to bother with (especially since the issue
will never surface in normal practice).
