• add intercellSpacing to rowHeight and divide deltaVisibleHeight by two (since expansion/shrinking is in both directions) — this makes the initial size of the table view approximate its content better, but strangely, I have one project with 20 files, where there are ~18 extra pixels at the bottom, and another project with 33 files, where the content overflows by 7 pixels
