• change working directory to that of the project (fallback on file’s) prior to calling svn_commit.rb, so that files in the commit window are shown relative to the project folder
• no longer re-export all the ENV variables when launching svn_commit.rb, since TextMate now ensure the proper variables are inherited from the command which opened the web view
