Execute Document in R is now almost-live.
R has a tendency to buffer output in non-interactive mode, so it won't be spitting output out live, but it's better than nothing.
Output is now colorized - input commands are cyan, and errors are red. Unfortunately, R sometimes spits out information on stderr that aren't actually errors, such as when loading libraries, so not everything red is an error.
