[SVN] Submitting changes to Django bundle

I thought we talked about splitting into two bundles a while back and
decided that the TextMate way was to keep one bundle with two syntaxes
with different scopes. It doesn't make much of a difference to me
either way -- just wondering what the reason was for the change (i'm
guessing cutting down on stuff to keep track of in the editor)?
