There is no need to rename the existing plists. The reason for the  
new type-specific extensions is so that users can share single items,  
but if they do, they should drag them from the bundle editor (to  
ensure they get the proper merged file).

Also, templates still need to be folders with an info.plist inside  
(the tmTemplate extension is for the actual folder).
