[SVN] Submitting changes to Django bundle

Howdy folks --

I've made a bunch of changes to the Django bundle -- hoorah
for the new power of the Bundle Editor!

In particular, I've split the bundle
into two (Django and Django Templates) to more easily reflect the two different
types of things the bundle does, and I've done some refactoring as well.

What's the right way to go about getting these changes into TextMate's bundle
repository?  If anyone's interested, what I've done can be found at http://toys.jacobian.org/django/DjangoTM.zip
