• removed Textile-specific version as I consider this mostly a curiosity so let’s keep it at just one version, plus Textile users can just do ⌃H before ⇧⌘D to send as HTML
• fixed command to work with unsaved documents, also adds a title last to the HTML based on the filename (if any) — this is a bit hackish, as it just appends <title>…</title>, but Safari picks the first title in the document (so it won’t override a potential title set by the user)
