[SVN] r3313 (Xcode)

Unscoped Cmd+R, Cmd+B, etc? So the XCode "Run" command is the default  
for any bundle that doesn't override it?  This makes me wish that you  
could assign scopes to projects and that keys could be associated  
with project scopes.
