[SVN] r3224 (Subversion)

• add quotes around TM_SELECTED_FILES where it was missing
• use rescan_project instead of inline osascript
• make svn-commit.tmp language grammar no longer include text.plain but instead have its own rules for bullet points (reason for not wanting text.plain is that its paragraph rule clashes with the svn-commit.tmp separator line rule)
• mark bundle as default (in info.plist)
