Added a couple of shortcuts.
Added the scope meta.placeholder.greek.latex as a helper for the new greek letter command in the LaTeX experimental bundle.
I suggest using meta.placeholder in general for scopes that don't have a meaning in the language, but are there to allow us to do "hacks".
