• change Preview & Open in Browser key to ctrl-cmd P -- we use that for Post to Blog, and Present (S5 Slide Show,) so it seems somewhat proper, and ctrl-shift O is Open Terminal
• rename Reformat to be Toggle List Style and change key to ctrl-{ which is used e.g. to toggle Ruby block style and a few other “change style”
• rename list items, cleanup menu structure
• remove old bold/italic snippets
• minor improvements to new bold/italic commands: do not select current word unless it was already selected
