• Rework tag match to scope the namespace separator.
• Change entity.other.namespace.xml to entity.name.tag.namespace.xml
• Change entity.name.tag.xml to entity.name.tag.localname.xml
• Edit end tag of no-content tag to match.
• Correctly match the closing > in no-content tags.
• Change entity.other.namespace.xml to entity.other.attribute-name.namespace.xml
• Change entity.other.attribute-name.xml to entity.other.attribute-name.localname.xml
