[SVN] Subversion Status broken?

I thought I saw that a little while ago on the list, but can't seem  
to find it in the archives:

When using the "Subversion/Status For Selected Files" the panel shows  
this at the top:

/Library/Application Support/TextMate/Bundles/Subversion.tmbundle/ 
Support/format_status.rb:37: warning: Insecure world writable dir / 
Library, mode 040777

This is with the latest TextMate (1180) and freshly checked out bundles.
