Did you try setting $TM_SVN to the exact path where your svn can be
found? I tested it multiple times and I am 99% sure when $TM_SVN is
set it should be found.

Just for debugging, if setting $TM_SVN doesn't help: do you see the
log entries and can't klick on any link or don't you even see the
plain log output?
