• add proper HTML escaping as well — switched script to run with encoding set to UTF-8, this was necessary to not make e_sh split multi-byte characters, but likely e_sh should just not touch \x{80}-\x{FF}

There still is one thing which lacks escaping, namely the output from svn when shown in the status div. This is a minor issue, as it won’t cause any functional problems.
