• switched increase indent pattern to extended mode and pretty-printed it
• add ‘until’ as causing indent to be increased
• use non-backtracking repeats when possible (should speedup things)
• better handling of lines with strings and ending with a bracketed block starter (previously these generally wouldn’t increase the indent)
• other minor tweaks
