Changed almost all shortcuts to make them closer to the conventions.
Made all commands requiring just knowledge of the contexts to use the contexts in TM_GTD_CONTEXT instead, using the GTDLight.get_env_contexts method in the GTDUtils module. Advantage: faster load time, not having to load and process all the gtd files. Disadvantage: User needs to set their contexts in the variable.
Improved the commands for editing context. Now almost all commands for that end up with the context selected. Then typing the first couple of letters from the desired context and typing tab auto-completes the context.
Made project navigation commands understand projects with the same name but from different files.
