[SVN] r2535 (ODCompletion, Objective-C)

• some updated and new snippets from David Remahl including a much more sophisticated “Insert Call to Super” script
• removed the workspace and file manager snippets, since those in the ODCompletion bundle has (IMHO) better tab triggers
• renamed and re-arranged some snippets — though this bundle remains a bit of a mess, mostly due to our varying coding styles… I probably will harmonize them eventually (and remove what I find redundant), and people with a checkout will just have to fork them, because this is probably one of the bundles which should be more of a poster child for obvious reasons
