[SVN] Credits location and structure

I like the idea of using a structured CREDITS file. Could be Markdown:

# CVS

## Description

Provides commands for managing a CVS working copy.

## Contributors

Brian Dononvan

## Status

Repository only, since nobody in their right mind uses CVS.


Then your parser could just go through and find things by section.  
For Status you could just find "repository only" or "default set" and  
set a flag accordingly.
