• Moved "Documentation in Browser (Library Docs).tmCommand" to "Documentation for Current Word.tmCommand" as the new name is far more correct.
• Bound "Documentation for Current Word" to ⌃H, and the older "Documentation in Browser" to ⌃⇧H.
• More improvements to the "Documentation for Current Word" command.  It will now fall back to pydoc documentation when http://docs.python.org is not accessible, and for modules not in the standard library.  Also, if no word is currently selected; DocMate will just show the pydoc index.
