[SVN] {} Languages Indenting

davidmccabe mentioned a couple nights ago that PHP's indention is  
broken in seemly the exact same way that C's was a while back:

He tested it in PHP and said it worked good; and it was suggested  
it'd make a good change for the default source indent rules. I'm not  
about to make that big a change myself though and since it noone else  
made it I figured I post it here so it wasn't forgotten. :)
