Fixes applied as suggested by Michael Sheets:

constant.character.escaped should be constant.character.escape we settled on without the d because it had been a 50/50 split between the two.

=> Done.

At the end of header you have $ if you make that $\n? themes that color the whole lines background can work better.

=> Done.

markup.other.notoc|nocache should probably become keyword.other.* no need for everything to go under markup.

=> Done.

In markup.other.email you should make the whole thing meta.link.email, and the email itself markup.underline.link; once I make a small improvement to the open link command you'll be able to open a new email in Mail.app simply by hitting return inside the link, like in other links.

=> Done.

markup.underline.link.img needs the same treatment, meta.image.inline.dokuwiki would be good for the wrapper.

=> Done. But needs re-doing to cope with img inside a link.

Ditto with markup.underline.link

=> Done.
