[SVN] Commit error message

I've tried checking out a new Bundle using https and a www prefix,  
but I am still getting this error:

Transmitting file data .svn: Commit failed (details follow):
svn: PUT of '/svn/Bundles/!svn/wrk/4db68868-851b-0410-9f05- 
a92e34f4d0da/trunk/Bundles/Mason.tmbundle/Snippets/%3C%25doc%3E...%20 
(doc).plist': 412 Precondition Failed (https://www.macromates.com)

I'm a little bit stumped!!
