• for image uploads: when deriving a description from the file name, the first word of the description would not be capitalized if it was only 3 letters or less
• for image uploads: when the description entered was ASCII then the description used would actually be the file name derived from the description (since in this case iconv returns the same string as it is given, and this string is later transformed in-place)
