(Part of the global rename of entity.name.class to entity.name.type)

Rename entity.name.class to entity.name.type.interface
Rename entity.name.class to entity.name.type.class

There is a remaining inconsistency here where abstract interfaces are scoped as type.class where alone they are type.interface. Without duplicating the rule this was the best possible, thought this was better than losing the context altogether.
