• Move constant.language.text-styles to constant.other.text-styles
• Move constant.language.date-time to constant.other.date-time
• Move constant.language.characters to constant.other.characters
• Move constant.language.miscellaneous to constant.other.miscellaneous
• Move constant.language.considering-ignoring-attributes to constant.other.considering-ignoring-attributes
• Remove null from constant.other.miscellaneous, add to new constant.language rule
